Herbs muffin: how to make them fluffy and delicious!

Here's a yummy alternative to the usual bread!
INGREDIENTS
Dough:
500g (4 cups) Flour
250ml (1 1/3 cup) Water
5g (1 tsp) Dry yeast
40g (3 tbsp) Melted butter
4g (1 tsp) Salt
12g (1 tbsp) Sugar
1 Egg yolk
Filling:
60g (1/3 cup) Butter
3 cloves Garlic
Dill
70g (1/3 cup) Mozzarella
Egg yolk
METHOD
- In a bowl with flour add water, sugar and dry yeast. Mix it and add melted butter and salt. Mix it and then knead it. Leave it to rest for 1 hour.
- Chop the garlic and dill. Put it in a bowl and add butter. Mix it.
- Knead the dough a little bit and spread it. Spread the filling on the dough.
- Cut it into squares. Put a few squares one on top of the other. Place them in a muffin tin. Between the layers add cheese. Coat the buns with the whisked egg yolks.
- Bake it at 180C for 25 minutes. Serve.
