Mushrooms muffin: high and fluffy, the desserts full of taste!

How to make the most amazing muffin ever!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
150g (0.7 cup) brown sugar
60ml (0.3 cup) oil
90ml (0.4 cup) milk
60 ml of water
220g (1.7 cup) flour
16g (2 tbsp) cocoa
20g (5 tsp) baking powder
10g (1 tbsp) vanilla sugar
Butter for coating baking molds
METHOD
- Beat eggs with sugar, when you get a frothy mixture add oil and milk. Sift the flour while adding to the previously prepared mixture, add the baking powder and vanilla sugar. Finally, add water and stir with a spoon. Divide the mixture into two parts and add how to one part.
- Coat the baking tins with butter and pour the mixture with cocoa first, then the light mixture.
- Arrange the molds in a deep pot and pour in hot water, place on an induction oven, turned on at medium temperature. When the muffins have cooled, take them out of the mold and sprinkle them with cocoa.
