Cherry muffins: a tasteful recipe, ready in few steps!

Fluffy and so delicious, they are just irresistible!

INGREDIENTS
1 egg;
60 g (⅓ cup) brown sugar;
60 ml (¼ cup) oil;
125 ml (½ cup) yogurt;
¼ tsp vanilla powder;
170 g (1 ¼ cup) all-purpose flour;
8 g (1 ½ tsp) baking powder;
Pitted cherries.
METHOD
  1. Whisk egg with sugar, oil, yogurt and ¼ tsp of vanilla powder.
  2. Separately combine flour with baking powder.
  3. Whisk wet and dry ingredients together until smooth batter forms.
  4. Pour into muffin cups filling them halfway.
  5. Place pitted cherry in and cover with leftover batter. Top with brown sugar and sliced cherries.
  6. Bake at 180C/350F for 20 minutes.
