Cherry muffins: a tasteful recipe, ready in few steps!

Fluffy and so delicious, they are just irresistible!
INGREDIENTS

1 egg;
60 g (⅓ cup) brown sugar;
60 ml (¼ cup) oil;
125 ml (½ cup) yogurt;
¼ tsp vanilla powder;
170 g (1 ¼ cup) all-purpose flour;
8 g (1 ½ tsp) baking powder;
Pitted cherries.

METHOD
- Whisk egg with sugar, oil, yogurt and ¼ tsp of vanilla powder.
- Separately combine flour with baking powder.
- Whisk wet and dry ingredients together until smooth batter forms.
- Pour into muffin cups filling them halfway.
- Place pitted cherry in and cover with leftover batter. Top with brown sugar and sliced cherries.
- Bake at 180C/350F for 20 minutes.
