Two ways egg cups: delicious and ready in few steps!

You only need a muffin tray to make a delicious dinner! 

INGREDIENTS
12 Eggs
Baby spinach
Feta cheese
Salt
Pepper

METHOD
  1. In a muffin tin add baby spinach and feta cheese.
  2. In a bowl whisk 6 eggs. Pour them into the pan and another 6 eggs break directly on top of the spinach and feta.
  3. Sprinkle with some salt and pepper and bake at 360F/180C for 15 minutes. Serve.
