Fried savory pockets: a delicious treat ready in a few steps!

Here's a perfect idea for a delicious dinner or lunch! 
 
INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup milk
• 1 packet yeast
• 1 tbsp sugar
• salt

• 1 onion
• 1 clove garlic
• 300g ground beef
• salt
• pepper

• 7 small potatoes
• paprika
 
• cheese
 
 
METHOD
  1. Knead the dough. Let rise.
  2. Fry onions, add garlic, ground meat, salt, pepper. Bring to readiness.
  3. Mash boiled potatoes, add cooked ground meat and sprinkle with paprika. Mix.
  4. Divide the dough into portions and form balls. Roll each ball and form braid flutes.
  5. Fry in plenty of oil.
