PEAR FRITTERS: SOFT and IRRESISTIBLE! π

INGREDIENTS
4 pears
2 eggs
110g (1/2 cup) of sugar
1 lemon (zest)
130ml (1/2 cup) of milk
260g (2 cups) of all-purpose flour
8g (3/4 tbsp) of baking powder
Oil for frying

METHOD
1. Peel and cut the pears into the small pieces.
2. In a bowl add the eggs and sugar and whisk until sugar dissolve. Add the lemon (zest), milk, flour and baking powder and whisk to obtain no lumps mixture. Finally add the pear pieces and incorporate them with spatula.
3. Take the mixture with the spoon and transfer to the pot with hot oil. Fry until they are golden brown on both sides.
4. Pass the pear fritters to the sugar and coat them completely. Serve them all together and enjoy.
