GRATIN FENNEL in the oven: CRISPY and QUICK to prepare! π

INGREDIENTS
2 Fennel
Salt
Dry oregano
Dry basil
15g (2 tbsp) of parmesan
60g (1/2 cup) of breadcrumbs
Extra virgin olive oil
METHOD
1. Cut the fennel first into the half and then into the slices. Transfer to the bowl.
2. In a bowl with the fennel slices add the salt, dry oregano, dry basil, parmesan and breadcrumbs and mix with the hands.
3. Pour the fennel slices into the pan covered with parchment paper and arrange evenly.
4. Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil over the fennel slices and transfer to the oven. Bake at 180Β°C/360Β°F for 40 minutes.
5. Serve fennel slices on a serving dish and enjoy.
