Gratin carrots: crunchy to bake!

INGREDIENTS
6-8 medium carrots, cleaner and cut into quarters
45ml (3 tbsp) of olive oil
45g (½ cup) of shredded parmesan
a pinch of each salt, pepper, and turmeric

METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
2. Cover baking pan with parchment, drizzle olive oil on top.
3. Combine parmesan with salt, pepper, and turmeric.
4. Sprinkle the parmesan mixture on top of the olive oil and top with sliced carrots.
5. Bake for 20 minutes.
