Carrots fritters: a crunchy dish to prepare in no time!

INGREDIENTS
1 zucchini
2 carrots
1 onion
Salt
Pepper
Turmeric
50g (4 tbsp) flour
1 Egg

METHOD
  1. In a bowl grate zucchini, carrots, and onion. Add spices, flour, and egg. Mix it well.
  2. In an oiled pan add the mixture and fry it.
  3. Flip it over and fry a little more. Serve.
