Carrots fritters: a crunchy dish to prepare in no time!

INGREDIENTS
1 zucchini
2 carrots
1 onion
Salt
Pepper
Turmeric
50g (4 tbsp) flour
1 Egg
METHOD

METHOD
- In a bowl grate zucchini, carrots, and onion. Add spices, flour, and egg. Mix it well.
- In an oiled pan add the mixture and fry it.
- Flip it over and fry a little more. Serve.
