Bacon breadsticks: appetizing and quick to prepare!

Quick and easy to make!

INGREDIENTS

380g (3 cups) flour

3g salt

7g dry yeast

180ml (3/5 cup) warm milk

1 egg

50g (1/4 cup) melted butter

130g shredded cheese

130g grated zucchinis

100g bacon

METHOD

Combine the flour with salt in a bowl and add dry yeast, warm milk, melted butter, and 1 egg to it.
Whisk to combine until you get a smooth mixture and let it rise for 1 hour.
Then roll the dough into a rectangle, add shredded cheese and grated zucchinis and cover with another layer of dough. Cut into strips, add the bacon, and twist as shown in the video.
Cook in the oven at 180°C/356°F for 25 minutes.
