Bacon sushi

Ingredients
6 Slices of Bacon
300g Minced beef
BBQ Rub
3 Sticks of mozzarella cheese
BBQ sauce
COATING
Crumbled nachos
Method
Season the minced beef with your favourite BBQ rub.
Put 6 bacon slices on a sushi rolling mat and apply a thin layer of meat on the bacon.
Place a cheese stick on the meat, roll it up tightly.
Bake it in the previously heated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Glaze the roll after 2o minutes with a BBQ sauce of your choice and cook for another 10 minutes. Glaze again after 5 minutes.
Coat the bacon sushi with crumbled nachos.
