Rainbow sushi

Ingredients:
2 sheets nori;
2 cup cooked sushi rice;
1/3 cup rice vinegar;
2 tbsp sugar;
1 tsp salt;
gel food coloring (pink, yellow, blue);
bell pepper, spinach leaves, cucumber, carrot for filling.

bell pepper, spinach leaves, cucumber, carrot for filling.
Instructions
Mix salt, sugar and vinegar together until all crystals dissolve.
Season hot rice with vinegar mixture and leave to cool down.
Divide rice into 3 parts and mix each one with some food coloring. You can use natural food coloring instead of gel.
Cover nori sheets with strips of colored rice, leaving a small uncovered stripe on top of the sheet.
Brush a strip of nori with some water and roll everything tightly using a bamboo mat.
Cut rainbow sushi with wet knife and serve with some soy sauce.
Season hot rice with vinegar mixture and leave to cool down.
Divide rice into 3 parts and mix each one with some food coloring. You can use natural food coloring instead of gel.
Cover nori sheets with strips of colored rice, leaving a small uncovered stripe on top of the sheet.
Brush a strip of nori with some water and roll everything tightly using a bamboo mat.
Cut rainbow sushi with wet knife and serve with some soy sauce.
