Rainbow cake

INGREDIENTS
5 egg yolks
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
5 egg whites
2/3 cup cake flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

200g cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
100g powdered sugar
Sugar mastic
Different candies

PREPARATION
Beat egg yolks until thickened and lightened, add 1/3 cup sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest continue to beat until thick and light yellow.
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form then add 1/3 cup sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form.
Fold yolk mixture into whites. Sift dry ingredients into an egg mixture.
Divide batter into 2 portions. Bake at 375°F/190°C for 25 min. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
Beat together cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar.
Cut the cake in half, so you will have 4 halves, make arch in 2 halves.
Spread cream cheese mixture on the each layer, and assemble the cake. In the middle put different candies.
Cover the cake with the sugar mastic and add rainbow.
