Bacon lasagna

INGREDIENTS2 packs streaky bacon
4 fresh pasta sheets
Béchamel sauce
1 cup mozzarella
Bolognese sauce
400g beef minced
1 onion, chopped
3 tbsp tomato sauce
Herbes de Provence seasoning
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180°C/360°F.
Make Bolognese sauce by cooking all the ingredients together for 20 minutes.
Line a greased loaf tin with streak bacon, making sure they overlap.
Begin layering the lasagna – first place the pasta sheets, then béchamel followed by the cheese and Bolognese sauce at the end. Repeat to the top of the tin and fold the bacon edges over.
Bake for 45 minutes until the bacon is crisp.
