Lasagna pockets: here is how to prepare single servings of this delicious dish!

They are so easy to prepare. Try this unique way of serving them!INGREDIENTS
lasagna pasta
olive oil
finely chopped onions
finely chopped carrots
finely chopped celery
500g ground beef
salt
1/2 glass of wine
400g tomato purée
bechamel, as needed
cheese
Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Prepare the tomato sauce by sautéing the finely chopped onions, carrots, and celery. Add the ground beef and simmer with the wine until reduced. Add the tomato purée and let it cook for 30 minutes. If the sauce seems too thick, add some vegetable stock and let it continue to cook.
2. Overlap two sheets of lasagna (previously cooked in hot water for about 8 minutes) fill with bechamel, the tomato sauce, and cheese. Fold it up.
3. Place the lasagna pockets in a baking pan and cover them with bechamel and Parmesan cheese.
4. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes and serve hot.
