Homemade breadsticks in 3 flavors: DELICIOUS and TASTY!

INGREDIENTS
330ml (1 1/2 cups) of water
14g of fresh yeast
13g (1 tbsp) of sugar
510g (4 1/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
Salt
Olive oil
Dry rosemary
Dried tomatoes
Olive paste
METHOD
1. Add the water, fresh yeast, and sugar in a bowl and mix with a spatula. Add the flour and salt and continue with mixing. When dough starts to form knead the dough with hands to obtain compact dough. Cover with cling film and let it rise for 50 minutes.
2. After elapsed, roll out the dough and transfer to the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Add a drizzle of olive oil on top and press it with your hands. Cover with a cloth and let it rise for 1 hour.
3. After 1 hour arrange the first third of the dough to dry rosemary, on the second third of dried tomatoes, and on the third part spread the olive paste.
4. Cut the dough in half lengthwise and cut with the pizza cutter on strips horizontally.
5. Make the breadsticks by twisting the strips and transferring them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper.
6. Brush breadsticks with olive oil and transfer them to the oven. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.
7. Serve them all together on a serving dish and enjoy.
