Prosciutto filled breadsticks: making them at home is easier than you think!

Prosciutto breadsticks are a great snack to make for game night with friends! All you need are few ingredients.

INGREDIENTS
1 sheet of puff pastry
100g prosciutto
40g Parmesan cheese
1 beaten egg yolk

DIRECTIONS
Cover half of a sheet of puff pastry with prosciutto and Parmesan cheese. Fold the puff pastry sheet in half and slice it into strips that are 1 centimeter wide. Twist each strip, brush with egg wash and bake at 190°C for 20 minutes.
