A healthy and tasty cheesy snack: here’s how you can make them at home.INGREDIENTS
130g boiled potatoes
60g corn flour
50g semolina
50g Parmesan cheese
50g pecorino cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp instant dry yeast
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup water
100g potato starch
DIRECTIONS
Mix the potato starch, potatoes, corn flour and semolina together with water. Add the oil, pecorino and Parmesan cheese, salt and yeast. Let it rest for at least 15 minutes. Start shaping the dough into small sticks that you are then going to cover in Parmesan cheese. Bake them at 190°C for 20 minutes and let them cool down before serving!
