Monkey bread: the best recipe to make it at home!

This recipe is so much easier than you think and the result is amazing!

INGREDIENTS
Topping:
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
 
Dough:
• 3/4 cup warm water (50 °)
• 1 tsp yeast
• 1 cup condensed milk
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 5 cups flour
• 1 tbsp oil
 
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 4 tsp ground cinnamon
 
METHOD
  1. Mix butter with sugar. Boil. Pour into mold.
  2. Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise.
  3. Divide the dough into portions and roll in sugar with ground cinnamon. Put everything in a form. Let rise.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
