How to make panko and breadcrumbs at home: 2 ways not to waste bread!

INGREDIENTS
For panko:
White bread (crustless)
1 Jar
For breadcrumbs:
Stale bread
1 Jar
METHOD
Panko:
1. Cut a slice of bread into strips and place it in a food processor. Mix until you get a coarse texture.
2. Transfer the mixture to the baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven with fan at 100°C/210°F for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven.
3. Mix the panko well, scatter evenly, and continue to bake for another 10 minutes or until the panko is dry and crispy. Let it cool completely and fill the jar to store it.
Breadcrumbs:
1. Cut stale bread into cubes and place in a food processor. Mix until you get breadcrumbs.
2. Pour the mixture into the jar to store it and add the bay leaf inside.
