French buns: an easy recipe to make you own bread at home!

They are so light and fluffy and delicious. Plus, they are so easy and are perfect for bread-making beginners!
INGREDIENTS

225 gr Bread flour
12 gr Sugar
3 gr Salt
60 gr water
90 gr milk
4 gr Dry yeast
18 gr Unsalted butter (room temperature) for Sprinkle
For Toppings: 16gr (2 gr × 8) Salted butter
METHOD
- Mix milk with yeast.
- Combine flour, sugar and salt, then add the yeast mixture, mix everything and transfer to a work surface and knead the dough. Add 12 grams of butter at room temperature and knead in the dough. Allow the dough to stand for 40 minutes.
- Then roll out the dough and divide it into 8 pieces, rolling balls.
- Cover with a cloth for 15 minutes and then mix the balls
- Sprinkle with flour and cut in the middle, put in a piece of butter and bake at 230 degrees, 13 minutes.
