French buns: an easy recipe to make you own bread at home!

They are so light and fluffy and delicious. Plus, they are so easy and are perfect for bread-making beginners!

INGREDIENTS
225 gr Bread flour
12 gr Sugar 
3 gr Salt  
60 gr water
90 gr milk
4 gr Dry yeast
18 gr Unsalted butter (room temperature) for Sprinkle
For Toppings: 16gr (2 gr × 8) Salted butter
 
METHOD
  1. Mix milk with yeast.
  2. Combine flour, sugar and salt, then add the yeast mixture, mix everything and transfer to a work surface and knead the dough. Add 12 grams of butter at room temperature and knead in the dough. Allow the dough to stand for 40 minutes.
  3. Then roll out the dough and divide it into 8 pieces, rolling balls.
  4. Cover with a cloth for 15 minutes and then mix the balls
  5. Sprinkle with flour and cut in the middle, put in a piece of butter and bake at 230 degrees, 13 minutes.
