Chocolate buns: you can never make enough!

You can make them at home in a few steps!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
400 g (14 oz) flour;
1 ½ tsp active dry yeast;
1 egg;
a pinch of salt;
1 ½ tbsp sugar;
1 ½ tbsp vegetable oil;
2/3 cup warm milk;
Melted butter;
Dark or milk chocolate;
Honey and hazelnut for serving.
METHOD
- Whisk flour with salt. Make a well in the center and pour warm milk in. Mix milk with sugar and sprinkle yeast on top. Wait for the yeast to activate, forming foam on top of the milk.
- Add vegetable oil and one egg into the yeast solution and start working the flour into the mixture. When a uniform dough forms, knead it until smooth. Then cover and set aside for around 1 hour.
- Cut the dough into 4 parts and roll each one of them outs into a rectangle. Brush each rectangle with melted butter and place two of the sheets on top of each other. Fold as shown on the video and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Roll out again and cut into strips. Place a piece of chocolate on the bottom of each strip and roll it into the dough. Set aside until doubled in size.
- Brush chocolate buns with egg wash and bake for 190C/375F for 25-35 minutes.
- Top with hone and hazelnut before serving.
