Carrot brioche buns: how to make it fluffy and tasty!

These carrot buns make snacking delightful!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
For the brioche buns:
Carrot– 1
Egg – 1
Salt – 1 tsp
Flour – 3 cup
Dry yeast – 10 g
Parsley
Stuffing:
Cheese – 100 g
Ham – 100 g
METHOD
- Whisk together the carrot and egg with a stick mixer. Add salt, sugar, oil. Mix. Add yeast and water and gradually add flour.
- Knead the dough. Divide it into 7-8 parts. Make balls and fill with ham and cheese.
- Sort in baking pan. Coat with egg and sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
