Fluffy buns: how to make at home with just 4 ingredients!

You only need flour, water, yeast and some sugar to make the best homemade buns ever!

INGREDIENTS
 120g (1 cup) bread flour;
 120ml (½ cup) warm water;
 1 tsp sugar;
 4g yeast;
 240ml (1 cup) warm water;
 320g (2 ½ cup) bread flour;
 1 tsp salt.
 
METHOD
  1.  Make the starter by combining the first 4 ingredients together. Knead until smooth and set aside in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  2.  Combine the rest of the ingredients together and mix the starter with this dough. Knead until smooth.
  3.  Set the dough aside for 1 hour, then cut into portions, roll the dough into buns and let sit for 30 minutes more.
  4.  Slice the top of each bun, then bake at 220C/420F for 35 minutes.
