Butter buns: easy to make and fluffy like the clouds!

This is not your usual bread recipe! Everyone will love the result!
INGREDIENTS
300ml (1 ¼ cup) warm milk;
10g (1 ½ tsp) sugar;
10g (1 ½ tsp) salt;
7g (1 tsp) dry yeast;
40g (3 tbsp) melted butter;
600g (4 cups) bread flour;
Cold butter, sliced.
METHOD
- Whisk sugar into the warm and add yeast. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Whisk salt into the flour.
- Add butter into the milk and yeast mixture, pour everything into the flour and knead until smooth dough forms.
- Set aside for 1 hour, cut into 9 pieces and roll each into a ball.
- Set the buns aside for 20 minutes, then make a slit on top and place a piece of cold butter in it.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 200C/400F.
