Steamed japanese cake: fluffy like a cloud!

Great for tea time or breakfast!

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs, separated;
50ml (3 tbsp) vegetable oil;
50ml (3 tbsp) milk;
70g (½ cup) all-purpose flour;
2ml (1 tsp) lemon juice;
50g (¼ cup) sugar.
METHOD
  1. Whisk egg yolks with vegetable oil, milk, and flour.
  2. Separately beat egg whites with lemon juice and sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold in egg whites into the yolk batter carefully.
  4. Pour the batter into a 15 cm round baking pan and cover with foil.
  5. Steam for 45 minutes.
