Steamed japanese cake: fluffy like a cloud!

Great for tea time or breakfast!
INGREDIENTS

3 eggs, separated;
50ml (3 tbsp) vegetable oil;
50ml (3 tbsp) milk;
70g (½ cup) all-purpose flour;
2ml (1 tsp) lemon juice;
50g (¼ cup) sugar.

50g (¼ cup) sugar.
METHOD
- Whisk egg yolks with vegetable oil, milk, and flour.
- Separately beat egg whites with lemon juice and sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in egg whites into the yolk batter carefully.
- Pour the batter into a 15 cm round baking pan and cover with foil.
- Steam for 45 minutes.
