Sweet jam buns: fluffy like a cloud and super delicious!

INGREDIENTS
20g (2 tbsp) Plain flour
100ml (2/5 cup) Water
40g (2,5 tbsp) Sugar
15g (1 tbsp) Fresh yeast
130ml (1/2 cup) Warm milk
1 Egg
370g (3 cups) Plain flour
30g (0.13 cup) Butter
Strawberry jam
METHOD
- In a pot pour the water and 20g of flour. Cook until it is thick. Pour it into the bowl and let it cool.
- In a bowl pour the milk and put the yeast and sugar. Mix and then add egg and flour mixture. Mix well. Add 360g of flour and knead. Add little by little butter. When it is soft and smooth leave it covered for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 9 balls, then, cover for another 10 minutes.
- Spread the dough and add in the middle. Roll it and put in the pan.
- Leave it to rise a bit then bake it at 200C for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
