Sweet buns filled with apples and jam: a delicious idea for breakfast!

INGREDIENTS
200ml (4/5 cup) lukewarm milk
1 tsp sugar
7g dry yeast
300g (2 1/2 cups) flour
1/3 tsp of salt
40g butter
3 tsp baking soda
2 apples, chopped
Apricot jam
Cinnamon
Melted butter
METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together warm milk, sugar, and yeast, add in flour, salt, and butter. Let the dough rise for 2 hours.
2. Divide the dough into 12 pieces, roll out each and fill with apricot jam, and apple pieces and sprinkle with cinnamon.
3. Boil in hot water for 30 seconds and then bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20 minutes.
4. Spread with melted butter.
