Sweet Custard Filled Buns

INGREDIENTS
300g Bread flour
80g cake flours
5g salt
5g dry yeast
60ml warm water
80ml warm milk
20ml warm cream
80g beaten egg
40g softened butter
Pre made cooled thick custard
Instructions:
Heat the water milk and cream to about 37°C
Sieve the flours on to your work surface and make wells for sugar, yeast and salt mix in a little.
Ensure you have a well in the middle add the warmed milk mix and the eggs.
Bring in the flour slow until you have a sticky dough.
Knead the dough until smooth about 12-15 minutes.
Now add in the soften butter kneed again for 5-6 minutes.
Place in a bowl and cover with cling film.
Wait for it to double in size which will take 1-2 hours.
Flour your work surface and then take out the dough and knock it back.
Slice the dough in to 8 pieces and turn in to balls.
Cover with cling film and leave for 15 minutes.
Push out a ball of dough in to a disk shape .
Place a tablespoon of custard in the middle then wrap and shape in to a semi circle ensure the edges are closed.
Repeat for all 8.
Cover with cling film and leave to double in size which should take about an hour.
Place in a pan over a low heat and then cook on one side until browned which will take between 20 and 25 minutes.
Turnover and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
