Here’s how to make them extra soft and moist!
INGREDIENTS
for the dough:
2 eggs

70g sugar
130g ricotta cheese
lemon zest
8g baking powder
250g flour

DIRECTIONS
1. Beat the eggs together with the salt and sugar. Add the ricotta cheese, lemon zest, baking powder, and flour. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
2. Make some balls with the dough (not too big) and deep fry them, a few at a time, in hot oil.
3. Fill them with custard and dust them with powdered sugar.
