Custard sponge cake cannoli: the best breakfast recipe

lngredients:

2 egg whites
2 egg yolks
40g caster sugar
1 / 2 tbsp lemon juice
40g Cake flour
5g milk
200g Custard cream
100g fresh cream
10g caster sugar
Strawberry

Method:
1.Beat egg whites, add lemon and sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
2.Add egg yolks, milk and cake flour.
3.Bake at 170°C/338°F for 12min.
4.Whip cream with sugar, then mix it with custard cream.
5.Fill round cakes with cream and add chopped strawberry.
