Cherry custard fluffy cake: a moist sweet treat for a delicious breakfast!

This Cherry Custard Cake is a lovely way to enjoy fresh sweet cherries!
INGREDIENTS
For mold dimensions 30x25 cm:
100g (0.5cup) cherries
3 eggs
150ml (0.6 cup) of yogurt
150ml (0.6 cup) of milk
80g (0.4 cup) of sugar
50ml (0.23 cup) of oil
500g (4 cups) of flour 00
15 g baking powder
1 lemon (zest)
15g (1tbsp) of vanilla sugar
50 g of powdered sugar
For 300g of lemon cream:
2 egg yolks
300ml 81.23 cup) of milk
80g (0.4 cup) of sugar
35g (4 tbsp) of corn starch
1 lemon
METHOD
- Add eggs, yogurt, sugar, milk, oil, flour and whisk to a fine homogeneous mixture. Grate the rind of one lemon and add the baking powder. Peel the cherries and sprinkle them with vanilla sugar, then add to the previously prepared mixture.
- Line a baking sheet with baking paper and pour the mixture. Then put 9 tbsp of cream, and put one cherry in the cream.
- Bake at 170 degrees with a fan or 175 static 30-35 min.
- Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
