Custard cream twisted brioche: perfect for breakfast!

INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
200ml (0.82 cup) milk
100g (0.5 cup) sugar
7g dry yeast
400g (3.2 cups) flour (all purpose)
1/2 tsp salt
40g butter
1 egg
For the custard, we need:
2 egg yolks
40g (0.2 cup) sugar
25g starch
10g vanilla sugar
250ml (1.2 cup) milk
Almonds
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour. Divide the dough into 40g portions. Form buns. Place on a baking sheet and let rise for 20 minutes.
- Mix all the ingredients for the cream and brew. Put the cream on the buns and brush with the egg and milk. Sprinkle with chopped almonds.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
