Simply delicious and easy to make! 

INGREDIENTS
120g sugar
3 eggs
lemon zest
450g flour
150g butter

350g custard cream

METHOD
1. Make the pastry dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Stuff the pie with custard cream and decorate with pine nuts.
3. Bake 40 minutes at 180°C.
