Grandma pie: creamy and easy to prepare!

Kids will love this cake! Super easy and delicious, here's how to make it:

Cake:
2 eggs
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
50ml (4 tbsp) vegetable oil
50ml (4 tbsp) milk
150g (1 cup) flour
8g (2 tsp) baking powder
Lemon peel

Cream:
400ml (1 2/3 cups) milk
1 egg yolk
80g (1/3 cup) sugar
20g (1 1/2 tbsp) butter
30g (2 tbsp) corn starch
10g (1 tbsp) flour
Lemon peel

METHOD
- For the cake: In a bowl add eggs and sugar. Whisk it and add oil and milk. Mix and sift flour and baking powder.
- Grate the lemon and mix it well. Pour the mixture into a pan covered in butter and flour. Bake at 360°F/180°C for 25 minutes.
- For the cream: In a pot pour milk and add egg yolk, sugar, flour, corn starch, and lemon peel. Mix it and place it on heat. Cook until it thickens. Add butter and mix. Let it cool.
- Flip the cake from the pan. Add cream in the middle and sprinkle some almond leaves and icing sugar. Cut and serve.
