Grandma cream dessert: creamy and easy to make!

This dessert is so simple and easy to prepare and very delicious! !

INGREDIENTS
1l milk
8 eggs
200g sugar
20g cornstarch
60g flour
q.s. lemon 1
vanilla 1 tsp
120g Pine nuts
320g biscuits
80g butter
icing sugar
 
METHOD
  1. Mix egg yolks with sugar, cornstarch, flour, milk and lemon zest.
  2. Cook until thickness, add in crushed pine nuts. In the cup add, biscuits with butter then prepared mixture, repeat it again, sprinkle with pine nuts and icing sugar.
