Hazelnut pie: a delicious and unique dessert!

A very simple recipe for a truly delectable pie. Tasty and quick to prepare, it’s the perfect idea for a unique snack!
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
100g sugar
150g flour
50ml milk
50ml vegetable oil
pinch of salt
10g of baking powder
hazelnut cream, as needed
chopped hazelnuts

METHOD
1. Start by preparing the pie crust: beat the eggs together with a pinch of salt and the sugar.
2. Add the milk, oil, and gradually add the flour. Mix in the baking powder last and pour in a pie dish with a 26cm base, bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
3. When the base has cooled down, pour the hazelnut cream over it. Decorate the pie with some chopped hazelnuts.
