Hazelnut cookies: a unique idea to try right now!

Easy to make and super delicious, the result will surprise everyone!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
3 eggs;
200g (1 cup) sugar;
180 ml (⅔ cup) vegetable oil;
80g (⅔ cup) potato starch;
500g (4 cups) all-purpose flour;
16g vanilla powder;
8g baking powder;
25g (5 tsp) cocoa powder;
30ml (2 tbsp) warm water
Hazelnut cream, hazelnuts.
METHOD
- Whisk 3 eggs with vanilla and sugar until pale. Add vegetable oil and continue whisking.
- Add flour, starch and baking powder. Knead until smooth dough forms.
- Take ¼ of the dough and mix it with cocoa and 2 tbsp of water.
- Cut leftover dough into 12 portions and roll each into a ball.
- Make 12 thin ropes using cocoa dough and wrap each rope around the white dough.
- Place cookies onto a parchment-covered baking sheet, make indents in the middle using your finger.
- Bake at 180C/350F for 20-25 minutes. Let cool down
- Decorate with a dollop of hazelnut cream and a whole hazelnut.
