Eggplant flowers: a unique idea to try right now!

Here's how to turn a simple eggplant into something delicious!

INGREDIENTS

4 large eggplants

400ml (1.7 cup) of water

450g (2 cups) of minced meat

1 red onion

3 cloves garlic

4g (2 tbsp) of parsley

4g (1 tsp) of salt

4g (1 tsp) of thyme

4g (1 tsp) red sweet pepper

50ml (0.23 cup) of oil

2g (1/2 tsp) black pepper

1 tsp thyme

15ml (1 tbsp) tomato paste

15ml (1 tbsp) tomato sauce

125ml (0.52 cup) of water

100g (1 cup) of grated cheese, Cheddar

METHOD

Cut the eggplants so that they can be joined in a circle, the cutting process is in the video. Soak eggplants in water and leave for half an hour.
Before the next step, dry them with a kitchen cloth.
Prepare the meat. Add onion, spices and parsley to the minced meat.
Put the eggplants in a circle, make meatballs and place them in the middle of each eggplant circle.
Make a tomato topping. Combine pasta and tomato sauce, add water and chopped garlic.
Drizzle the eggplant flowers with the topping, grate the cheese over the meat charcoal and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
