Eggplant flowers: a unique idea to try right now!

Here's how to turn a simple eggplant into something delicious!
INGREDIENTS

4 large eggplants
400ml (1.7 cup) of water
450g (2 cups) of minced meat
1 red onion
3 cloves garlic
4g (2 tbsp) of parsley
4g (1 tsp) of salt
4g (1 tsp) of thyme
4g (1 tsp) red sweet pepper
50ml (0.23 cup) of oil
2g (1/2 tsp) black pepper
1 tsp thyme
15ml (1 tbsp) tomato paste
15ml (1 tbsp) tomato sauce
125ml (0.52 cup) of water
100g (1 cup) of grated cheese, Cheddar
METHOD
- Cut the eggplants so that they can be joined in a circle, the cutting process is in the video. Soak eggplants in water and leave for half an hour.
- Before the next step, dry them with a kitchen cloth.
- Prepare the meat. Add onion, spices and parsley to the minced meat.
- Put the eggplants in a circle, make meatballs and place them in the middle of each eggplant circle.
- Make a tomato topping. Combine pasta and tomato sauce, add water and chopped garlic.
- Drizzle the eggplant flowers with the topping, grate the cheese over the meat charcoal and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
