Eggplant and chicken skewers: a unique recipe for a dinner party!

This will be the most unique recipe ever!

INGREDIENTS

-2 eggplant.

-300 g chicken fillets

-200 g cherry tomatoes.

-2 tbsp vegetable oil.

-1 tbsp chili sauce.

-3 tbsp soy sauce.

-2 tbsp of olive oil.

-1 tsp dried paprika.

-salt to taste

-pepper to taste

METHOD

Mix all ingredients for the marinade.
Cut chicken fillets and eggplants into slices and pour marinade onto it. Sprinkle eggplants with salt and fry it a little. Top eggplant slices with chicken slices with cherries.Bake for 20 minutes at 200 'C (390 'C)
