Eggplant and chicken skewers: a unique recipe for a dinner party!

This will be the most unique recipe ever!
 
INGREDIENTS
-2 eggplant.
-300 g chicken fillets
-200 g cherry tomatoes.
-2 tbsp vegetable oil.
-1 tbsp chili sauce.
-3 tbsp soy sauce.
-2 tbsp of olive oil.
-1 tsp dried paprika.
-salt to taste
-pepper to taste
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all ingredients for the marinade.
  2. Cut chicken fillets and eggplants into slices and pour marinade onto it. Sprinkle eggplants with salt and fry it a little. Top eggplant slices with chicken slices with cherries.Bake for 20 minutes at 200 'C (390 'C)
