5 eggplants
Olive oil

2 cloves garlic
Parsley
400g chicken breast
Red pepper
Onion
1 egg
Parmesan
 
METHOD
  1. Pour over the eggplants with olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
  2. Chop and beat the chicken breast, onion, garlic in a blender. Add salt, pepper, egg and chopped red pepper, parsley to the chopped meat. Mix.
  3. Stir garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil. Brush eggplant with this mixture. Then put the chopped meat in the eggplants. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
