Chicken stuffed eggplants: a delicious idea for a surprising dinner!

400g chicken breast
Red pepper

1 egg
Parmesan
 
METHOD
  1. Pour over the eggplants with olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
  2. Chop and beat the chicken breast, onion, garlic in a blender. Add salt, pepper, egg and chopped red pepper, parsley to the chopped meat. Mix.
