Eggplant skewers: the tasty idea to serve at dinner!

Here's an incredible way to cook eggplant!
 
INGREDIENTS
450g (1 lb) ground beef
1 onion
Garlic
3 eggplants
4g (1 tsp) salt
4g (1 tsp) pepper
4g (1 tsp) paprika
4g (1 tsp) thyme
4g (1 tsp) cumin
Water
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the eggplant, then put it in salted water.
  2. Make a mixture of meat, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, thyme, onion and garlic.
  3. Fill the eggplant slots with the meat mixture.
  4. Fry in oil. Serve.
