How to cook eggplants with skewers: the quick and original solution!

A genius method to try!

INGREDIENTS

1 eggplant;

5ml (1 tsp) of olive oil;

Parsley;

Garlic;

15ml (1 tbsp) of olive oil;

3g (½ tsp) sales;

1g (½ tsp) of pepper.

METHOD

Cut the eggplant into slices and season with olive oil. Put the slices on the skewers.
Cook the skewers in the air fryer at 180°C/360°F for 10 minutes.
Combine the olive oil with salt, parsley, and minced garlic. Brush the seasoned oil into the pan and place the cooked eggplant slices. Wet with more oil and season with pepper.
