Meat eggplant with sauce: the perfect idea for a tasty dinner!

Have you ever tried a recipe so delicious and easy?

INGREDIENTS

2 eggplants

Filling

• 500g ground beef

• 3 garlic cloves

• 1 onion, chop finely

• 1 egg

• 1 tsp smoked paprika

• 2 tbsp vegetable oil

• 3 tbsp flour

• salt

• pepper

Sauce

• 4 tbsp tomato paste

• salt

• 1 cup water

Basil

METHOD

1. Cut the eggplants like in the video. Put in a bowl, add water and sprinkle with salt, leave for 30 minutes.

2. In another bowl, mix the ingredients for the filling.

3. Remove the eggplants from the water, dry and add the filling.

4. Fry the eggplants in oil.

5. Mix the tomato paste, salt and water for the sauce.

6. Pour the sauce into the pan, add the fried eggplants and simmer under the lid for 5-10 minutes.

7. Sprinkle with basil and serve.
