INGREDIENTS
• 250g ground-meat
• 6 eggplant
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 egg
• 1 onion
• salt
• pepper
• paprika
• oregano
• parsley
• 200ml / 6.8oz Tomato Sauce
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• cheese
• cherry tomatoes
• salt
• pepper
METHOD
- Peel the eggplant. Pour eggplant with salt water.
- Stir the meat, onion, garlic, egg, parsley, spices. To form meatballs from ground meat.
- Fry eggplant in oil. Fry the meatballs in oil. In the eggplant, make an incision, salt. Put cheese, meatballs, and cherry tomatoes in each cut. Mix tomato sauce, salt, pepper, oil. Pour the sauce on the eggplant. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
