INGREDIENTS

1 medium potato

1 red pepper

Spring onion

1 onion

2 eggplants

Turkey meat

Oil

Cherry tomatoes

METHOD

Chop all the ingredients you need. Then heat the pan with the oil, add the onions, potatoes, spring onions, red peppers, meat and eggplant, seasoning as desired.
Arrange the eggplants in a mold, pour in the pre-made ingredients and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
