Chicken skewers: this recipe is a huge crowd-pleaser!

These chicken skewers are just irresistible!

INGREDIENTS
1 chicken breast
2 eggs
100g (0.8 cup) flour (all purpose)
100g bread crumbs
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Oil
 
Cheese
Olives
Mushrooms
Bell-pepper
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the chicken breast. Beat off. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. String cheese, olive, mushroom and bell pepper on a skewer. Wrap the skewer in the chicken breast.
  3. Mix eggs with flour. Dip the chicken skewer in the egg and flour, and then in the bread crumbs. Deep-fry.
