Gian pizza roll: this is an instant crowd-pleaser!

Our family can't get enough! This recipe is a must-try!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
350 ml (12.3 fl.oz) warm water;
500 g (1 pound) semolina;
¼ cup all-purpose flour;
½ tbsp salt;
5 g (0.17 oz) fresh yeast;
1 tbsp olive oil;
Tomato sauce, ham, mozzarella.
METHOD
- Dissolve crumbled fresh yeast in some warm water.
- Whisk semolina with salt. Pour olive oil and yeast solution in it. Stir to combine, then add all-purpose flour and knead the dough until it forms into a ball. Place the ball of dough into the oiled bowl and set aside for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour divide in half and roll out on a nicely floured surface.
- Brush the layer of dough with tomato sauce, cover with ham and cheese, sprinkle some dried oregano on top if you like. Fold top and bottom parts into the middle, cover with some more sauce and roll the focaccia roll as shown on the video.
- Poke with a fork and bake for 25-30 minutes at 200C/400F.
