Giant Pizza Roll

Ingredients:
600g Pizza Dough
400ml Marinara Sauce.
225g Mozzarella Cheese.
200g Pepperoni.
1 Tsp Italian Seasoning.
Instructions:
Roll out 600g of pizza dough so that it is approximately 40cm by 25cm.
Place on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment.
Bake in the over at 190°C or 375°F for 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and slide on to a flat work surface.
Coat the pizza base with the marinara sauce and then the mozzarella cheese.
Arrange the pepperoni on the base in five rows (short side).
Now cut along the gaps between the pepperoni and begin to roll these ribbons of pizza to for a wheel.
Place each wheel on the next ribbon until a large pizza wheel is served, ensure you have a pizza peel or flat tray available to transfer this wheel.
Transfer this wheel to the base of a spring form tin and sprinkle with the Italian seasoning.
Add the outside of the spring form tin.
Bake in the over at 190°C or 375°F for 35 minutes.
