Giant chocolate roll

Ingredients
5 egg yolks
5 egg whites
100g flour
100g sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup dark chocolate
1 1/2 cups Hazelnut cream
 
Method
Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt and vanilla until you get a very foamy mixture.
Beat egg yolks with sugar and add them to the egg whites, mix carefully until combine.
Add the flour.
Spread the dough on a baking sheet and bake in at 180C/350F for about 10-12 minutes.
Cut 4-5 cm thick strips and spread hazelnut cream on each strip.
Roll each strip creating a spiral.
Place the cake on a wire rack and cover the top with melted chocolate
Chill for 1 hour  then turn the cake upside down and serve.
